Please allow up to three weeks from order date. We do not do expedited shipping.
What happens once my order is placed?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive another email to confirm dispatch along with the tracking number.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours.

How soon will I get a response after contacting support?
Please allow up to three business days for a response. The three business days does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
How often should I shampoo my unit?
If you wear your unit daily it is best to shampoo every 2-3weeks.
How do I shampoo and condition my unit or bundles?
1. Detangle extensions with a wide tooth comb.
2. Place extensions in a basin with cool to lukewarm water and shampoo. Shampoo twice to three times and rinse thoroughly.
3. Distribute conditioner and use a wide tooth comb to comb extensions.
4. Let conditioner sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Any product left on extensions may result in stiff, weighted down or oily hair.
5. Use a light serum while wet and let air dry for best results. Please follow these hair care tips for longevity.

How long does the hair last?
Bundles for installs: With proper maintenance your bundles can last up to 6-8 months.
Custom unit: With proper maintenance your unit can last up to 1year or more.
What products do I use to maintain my bundles or unit?
Less is more with it comes to virgin hair. I stick to four reliable products.

What size is the custom unit?
Regular custom units (medium) measure 22in. However, if your head is on the smaller or larger size please add your head measurements in special instructions for seller box before proceeding to checkout. It is strongly suggested that you measure your head before ordering if not your unit will come in a medium size 22in.
How do I measure my head for a custom unit?
With a measuring tape measure the circumference of your head, front to nape, and ear to ear across forehead. (Inches)
